Chess is a brain stimulating game which is enjoyable as well. Chess practices are held as follows under the guidance of Mrs Nimali Fernando and Miss Malika Roshani Wilathgamuwa from the primary and Mrs Gayathri Fernando and Miss Amalki Dasanayaka for the Upper school. The coaches are Mr. Thejan Rathnayaka and Mrs. Prabashi Rathnayaka. The practices are held every Friday during the following times,

Grade 2:                  12:00pm – 1:00pm

Grade 3:                  1:00pm –   2:00pm

Grades 4 upwards        2:00pm    –   4:00pm
